Bert Wright Information
I am a 46 year old Electrical Engineer with a beautiful wife Kari and two handsome sons: Brian and Dylan. We love pets as well as NASCAR, WWE Wrestling (o.k., it's set up, but the action is real - hey punches are pulled, but occasionally a fellow gets body-slammed!), baseball, basketball, bowling, going to the beach at the Redneck Riviera or Fort Walton Beach and going to the Great Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg and occasionally Pigeon Forge ( o.k., I loved Dollywood, but why is it that AFTER I purchase a ticket to get in, I then discover that parking more than I wanted to pay - hence, going to DollyWood, take the Trolly, save your Parking.

Rosebud - Chilean common Rose Hair Tarantula Grammastola rosea
Notice this substrate that Rosebud is on which is preferable over many 'commercial' substrates out there. It doesn't appear to be as 'natural' to the tarantula as some of the more 'dirt like' substrates on the market - pictured is coconut bark 'chips', which is o.k., but less o.k. than the bricked forest bed sold in markets under several names - it is actually coconut bark that has been ground fine to a dust - retains moisture well - hence good for the tarantula, plus it is more 'natural' I think Rosebud was happy when I got her off of this coconut bark - nice stuff, but it would be better for my dormouse.
